Friday, May 2nd – 4 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Saturday, May3rd- 10:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Sunday, May 4th – 10:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Butter Tart Tour annual Taste-Off!

 For a taste of that magical combination of butter, sugar, syrup and egg in a flaky pastry shell, The Kawarthas Northumberland Butter Tart Tour is once again hosting its annual Taste-Off. This year’s event will occur on Saturday, May 3rd from 12-4pm at the Fenelon Falls Country Living Show to be held at the new Fenelon Falls Arena and Community Centre. Yum!

Wine Tasting:  Summer Wines for the BBQ

At 2 pm meet Trish Dougherty owner of Kawartha Country Wines in Buckhorn.  Kawartha Country Wines is the first and only winery in the Kawarthas and they have been in business since 2004. 

Trish will be taking you through a wine tasting of a variety of both grape and fruit wines and giving you suggestions of food pairing for each wine.  Trish says “There are different wines for different occasions.  I will be focusing the seminar on wines which would be perfect to serve this summer and ones that pair beautifully with food off the BBQ.  This will be a fun and lively seminar to attend, one you won’t want to miss.

This seminar is limited to persons 19 years and older.

The Fenelon Falls Country Living Show is back this year and celebrating its 30th year! Join us May 2nd-4th at the Fenelon Falls Community Centre for great sources for that spring project, children’s entertainment, fashion shows and seminars!
